    2. Technical Tuesdays Ep 2 - Foam Roller - sound a bit tinny

    3. On Demand Pilates Class: Core & Glutes Wednesday Ep 2

    4. Full Body Thursday- chair & small weights (water bottles & tins will do) STARTS PART WAY THROUGH WARM UP

    1. REPEAT OF LAST WEEK On Demand Pilates: Mobility Monday Ep 3

    2. Technical Tuesdays Ep 3 - Foam Roller A BIT TINNY

    3. On Demand Pilates: Core and Glutes Ep 3 - (need a chair and resistance band for this) BIT GRAINY

    4. On Demand Pilates: Full Body Thursday Ep 3

    1. On Demand Pilates: Mobility Monday Ep 4

    2. Technical Tuesdays Ep 4 - Foam Roller

    3. On Demand Pilates: Core & Glutes Ep 4 (need a chair, resistance band and swiss ball or cushion for this)

    4. On Demand Pilates: Full Body Thurs Ep4 (Need a foam roller and 1kg weights for this - filled water bottles or tins of veg will work too)

    3. Core & Glutes

    4. Full Body Thursday (mention evening)

    1. Mobility Monday in Standing - Will need an upright chair and tennis ball (optional)

    2. Technique Tuesday

    3. Core & Glutes - Will need a roller, resistance band & swiss ball (can do this session without these though, it’ll just be easier)

    4. Total Body Thursday - Chair, Light Weights - on train if we ever go on it anymore
